“The Mumbles Carlton, set in a historic Victorian building, has a certain charm from its prime location across the promenade; family rooms and pet-friendly policies enhance its appeal for those traveling with loved ones, furry or otherwise. The recently refurbished en suite bathrooms are a plus, but be aware that some rooms may not live up to expectations regarding views or size. In my opinion, it's a reasonably priced base for exploring The Mumbles, as long as you manage your expectations accordingly.”

bay view stay
the room was bright and cosy including an en suite. the shower was great i really enjoyed it. waking up to the view over swansea bay was beautiful. the location was fabulous i loved walking around.

the staff were excellent they could not do enough for us. they were very friendly too i felt very welcomed and looked after. the reception was attentive.

I had a twin room with no sea view. The staff were friendly and happy to help with my needs. The location was great for exploring the local area. The room included tea and coffee making facilities.
The hotel is in need of updating. The outside of the hotel requires tidying and a fresh paint job. There was no breakfast available . I wasnt informed about it before my arrival.

spacious room fantastic heating great location
The room was spacious and very clean. heating worked fantastically. the shower was big and water pressure was great. check-in was easy. Location has perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants.
